Do I need to know anything about Astrology before the reading?

No, I will accommodate your level of knowledge in the reading. The reading concerns you and your natal chart is a tool to enable an understanding of this, and to help channel the energy from the cosmos. If you’re a beginner I will make sure the terminology used will be understood. Feel free also to ask any questions as we go.

Do I need to prepare anything before my Astrology reading?

No, you only need to provide your birth date, time and place (city, country) where you were born.

What is a ‘horoscope’?

A ‘horoscope’ (literally ‘hour-pointer’) is a chart which represents the positions of the Sun, Moon, and planets out to Pluto, astrological aspects, and angles (house cusps) at the time of your birth. It is also known as a birth or natal chart. It is a fixed snapshot of the heavens encapsulating the positions of the planets at the moment of your entrance into the world. It is an energetic blueprint of your character and potential in this incarnation.

Are your counselling sessions confidential?

You are assured that any information you share in our counselling sessions is confidential. I will hold a safe space for you, meeting you where you’re at, and will not share what happens without your permission, except in the following circumstances:

suspected abuse – whether child/adult or elder abuse.
you are in danger of harming yourself or another person.
under court subpoena.

How do I use Sliding Scale Pricing?

I offer a sliding scale at the following rates:

$60-$100 for 75 minutes
$40 – $80 for 60 minutes
$30-$50 for 45 minutes

These rates are for: Those who face or have experienced systematic/other oppression or violence due to gender, race, religion, place of origin, sexual orientation, those who are disabled, immigrants or displaced people, first generation college students, veterans, sexual and domestic abuse survivors, single parents, sex workers, those affected by care-giver burden, those in poverty or struggling with basic needs*, or of any other marginalised identity not mentioned here.
